This is a family run business. Myself, my wife and my two kids. We have been racing & raising sled dogs, and giving sled dog rides for the last 13 years. We have three different breeds of dogs that we work with. We have Alaskan Huskies, Eurohounds, and Siberian Huskies. We are looking forward to getting more competitve in our race schedule this year.

FAQ:

What do you feed all of those dogs?
We feed our dogs Black Gold Dog Food, we feed a high energy blend made for hard working dogs, we also feed them fresh salmon and beef.

How much time does it take to clean up after & feed the dogs every day?
Having a kennel the size of ours it takes an average of 3 hours a day. We go out twice a day, once in the morning and then again in the late afternoon. 365 days a year. It is not really a hobby it is a lifestyle.

How did you get started?
With one dog, Dakota. He is the one who started all of this and he is now 14 years old and still hanging in there. From there it grew, to 6 dogs, to 12 dogs, to 18, and we at one point had almost 50 dogs! I met a lady here in the Sierras named Dotty and I began helping her with her dogs and learning from her. Now I am hooked. Laughing

What do the dogs do in the summer?
Relax, eat, play & sleep. We begin training in the fall when the weather cools down.
